This time last week we were on a ferry exploring the Boston harbor.
That made it difficult to get back to reality this week, especially getting back to my eating habits. We have some of the best cuisine here in Louisiana, but I wanted to try everything Boston had to offer in that department. Now I’m trying to get back to a healthier routine and I’m craving things like clam chowder and mussels. I don’t think I could find mussels around here if I tried. Oh well, I’m searching for a new recipe to use with lentils. I hope it tastes as good as clam chowder!
Monday – 2.5 miles @ 9:20 avg. pace
Tuesday – Leg workout – (I added one-leg squats to my routine this week)
Wednesday – 6.6 miles @ 9:50 avg. pace
Friday – Circuit Training and 2 miles (trying a new technique)
