 Whenever I take a yoga class I always think about self-improvement so this quote is perfect for today.

Yesterday, Terri, Marcia (another running friend), and I took a PiYo class at the gym. It was a combination Pilates and Yoga class. The instructor gave me the impression that she was new at this, but she was still consistent and pleasant. The stretching felt wonderful! I didn’t realize how much flexibility I had lost until this class began and the instructor said to place your hands flat on the mat from a standing position. It wasn’t until halfway through the class that I was able to accomplish this small task. There goes some self-improvement. 🙂 I loved all of the challenges and I will definitely take this class again.
