These shoes are amazing. I wear a size 7 in everyday shoes, and purchased a size 8 in this shoe and I loved the fit. I purchased these shoes the day before the Crescent City Classic 10K. I know I was taking a huge chance by running in them for the first time in a race. I had no time to train or break in the shoes, but these shoes got me through the entire 10K run with no blisters, soreness, or other problems. I have not had any problems with the arch support or the width. I have a wide foot and I have plenty of room in the toe box. The best feature of this shoe is how lightweight it is! I’ve run in other shoes that were heavy and made my legs ache, or impeded the motion of my feet, but not these! They’re flexible enough to feel like dance shoes. The longest run I’ve completed with these shoes is 10 miles. I had no problems, although I can feel the road more compared to an average running shoe. If you’re looking for an amazing, neutral running shoe, I love these.
Terri and I made it back from our long run for this week. This was my time to think and sort through issues, problems, and concepts I’m currently pondering. There have been so many things/ideas lately that I want to try, attempt, seek, undertake. I think about my friend who is able to trust her instincts and follow “signs.” She is able to dream big and follow her impulses. Today I will follow her lead. I will dream big, with no expectations. I will dash ahead with confidence, satisfaction, and a good pair of running shoes.
