Goals for July

Oh my!! It is already July and I can see my summer coming to an end. How can it be? I need to get focused for July so I’m setting my goals.

 July 2011 Goals

  1. Weights/Yoga or Pilates/Group Fitness Class – 12x
  2. Run 80 miles
  3. Lift weights at least twice per week
  4. Complete 4 long runs
  5. Do PT exercises everyday
  6. 3 Girl Trips or “Girls Night Out”
  7. Create a community event
  8. Clean my closet
  9. Play more
  10. Have a new adventure
