I’ve been sick all week. Ughhh! Cough, Fever, Cold…I didn’t get much running in this week.
Monday – Physical Therapy & meeting at work
Tuesday – approx. 6 miles
Wednesday – Muscle Max and Cardio class at the gym
Thursday – approx. 3 miles
Friday – nothing
Saturday – nothing
My 2 days of running are approximate because the foot pod for my Garmin running watch stopped working.
I expect better results this week:
- No more fever
- New foot pod
- New workout and run plan 🙂
