Monday – 3 miles
I made a fruit smoothie using kiwis, blueberries, and peaches. It was a yummy, quick post-run treat. I put the leftover smoothie in the freezer and I can’t wait to try it as a frozen fruity delight.
- 2 kiwis
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Frosty goodness after a hot run!
