Sunday – Cross training: alligator hunting
Monday- 4 miles
Tuesday & Wednesday – Home Therapy for my IT Band. I’m trying massage and different exercises. I’ve been doing side leg lifts, back leg lifts to strengthen the glutes, donkey kicks, and inner thigh lifts. Today I hung upside down on the inversion table and used a home iontophoresis.
Hopefully, I will be back to running soon. It really brings me down when I have to take a break and I don’t know when I’ll be able to resume! Oh well, cross training it shall be! I really enjoy getting creative with other forms of exercise and cardio.
